MG University Distance Education Admission 2026: Mahatma Gandhi University School of Distance Education (MGU SDE) admission will begin soon for all UG, PG, and other courses for the 2026 academic session. The expected last date for admission will be 20th May 2026*. Those Candidates who are interested in admission can apply. MG University offers many distance education courses like BA, BSc, BBA, BCom, MA, MBA, MSc, MCom, and many more. Students can choose any of them according to their interests. Students must qualify 10+2 with 45% marks and a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks to be eligible for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

MG University distance education fees for UG and PG programmes are Rs 8,000 to 30,000 approx. Students can pay by visiting the official website and paying online. The admission process is online, and the application fee is between INR 500 and INR 1,100. MG University considers entrance examinations such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, KMAT, and many others. At present, MG University Distance Education does not offer any Postgraduate courses to the candidates. The courses offered by the university are MA, MCom, MBA, MCA, MSc, etc. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official site of MG University for their Regular mode of Education. To apply for any PG course, you must hold a bachelor’s degree with 45-50% marks from a recognised college or university. • MSc: Graduates in Mathematics or Statistics as main optional/core course with 45% marks in Math or B.Tech with not less than 45% marks in Mathematics and a total of 45% marks for the entire Course or B.Sc. Computer application graduates with not less than 45% marks.
• Master of Social Work (MSW), a BSW, or a similar degree with relevant subjects will be acceptable to grant such admissions. Its duration is 2 years, and the fee is INR 6725.
• Master of Journalism (MJ) is offered after completing a Bachelor of Journalism or a similar degree in journalism and mass media. This will have a fee of INR 7500.
• Master’s in Library Science (MLIS), 2 years is the time offered to candidates holding a UG degree, such as BLIS with average marks, INR 7250.
